A loved and well cared for 2021 Leisure Travel Van, Wonder 24RL for sale by owners. This van is equipped for off the grid boondocking (3-4 days) and towing.
Why are we selling? We love this floor plan so much we ordered a new 2024 LTV 24RL van.
The LTV 24RL floorplan provides some unique features that fit our lifestyle best. It has two living/sitting areas – one in the front with a swivel table and seating for up to four people and one in the back (the lounge) with comfortable seating for up to 3 people. These two seating areas can be separated into two compartments using the shower door. We used it as two workspaces while traveling, but most of all it provides privacy while showing and/or dressing – even if someone is visiting.
Quick Facts: Exterior Color – Silver; Cabinetry – Cashmere with Bianco White Overhead Cabinet Door Upgrade; Upholstery – Mountain Ultraleather; and Countertops – Antarctica Corian.
Ford Transit 350HD Chassis: Less than 39,000 miles. All required maintenance services were performed by a Ford Dealership. All service records are electronically accessible via Ford’s FordPass application.
Wonder 24RL Coach: This is a loaded model with several optional features – either as delivered or added by the owners. This includes an Exterior Table, Fan Upgrade (i.e., thermal controlled fans with rain sensor in galley and lavatory), Keyless Entrance Door, a 4.0 KW Gas Generator with auto start and auto changeover switch, 400 KW solar panels, two 12V Lithium batteries, rear view camera, wine cabinet, extra mirrors, and other improvements to make life easier on the road.
Solar System Upgrades: The van was shipped with 4 x 100 KW Low Profile Solar Panels – with a control panel – and two 110Ah AGM batteries. The solar panels failed within 9 months and were replaced with 4 x 100 KW rigid panels. In this process we also replaced the batteries with 2 Lithium batteries, new solar panel wiring and a matching solar control system to optimize the solar energy system. This upgraded system can generate more than 1.5 kWh on a sunny day and will have the batteries recharged by noon even when drawn down to below 60% charge overnight.
Towing Experience: We have towed a 2006 2-Door Jeep Wrangler over passes up to 9,000 ft and up- and down slopes of up to 10% grade in the Ford Transit’s Eco-Mode without any problems. It reduced the average highway gas mileage by approximately 2 mpg. The tow vehicle is equipped with an auxiliary braking system (required by most states), a wireless breaking monitoring system on the van’s dashboard, and we installed a rear-view camera.
