This RV is an absolute gem and has been a fantastic motorhome for us! There are so many awesome qualities, so I’ll try to hit the highlights:

Quality
This RV was built with the best materials in mind. Upon entering, you’ll notice the beautiful solid woodwork throughout, tile flooring, tons of lights (nearly all of them are dimmable!) large windows, stone counters, tile shower, REAL porcelain toilets with macerators, steel I-beam frame on a Freightliner chassis (no twisting and popping wall seams!), instant Aqua Hot water heater that also heats the floors and basement (it runs off electric and/or diesel, so no filling up propane tanks!)

Living
First off, let me say that we absolutely love this floorplan. It has an actual living room separate from the kitchen and we replaced most of the furniture, so it looks more like a house than an RV. We added a flip-up computer desk, custom-built dining table, and added more food storage as well. You can easily live in this RV full-time or just enjoy the luxury lifestyle during your road trips.

Driving
Driving this thing is a DREAM with all the gadgets it has. The ride is extremely smooth with the V-ride air suspension, so you’ll hardly notice any bumps. Other features that we love while driving are the large screens with 3 exterior cameras, automatic tag dump feature, sharp turn radius (seriously, the front tires will turn almost perpendicular and you can get around nearly ANY turn), and the massive cockpit for exceptional views as you tour the countryside. We also put on new, high-quality 18 ply tires, so you’re ready to hit the road!

Set up & tear down
We’ve owned a few RV’s in the past, and this one is BY FAR the quickest to set up/tear down. The automatic leveling jacks are very heavy duty and will get you leveled quickly. The exterior has electric reels for the water and electric cables, so you just unwind them and plug in. When you’re ready to leave, just unhook the hoses and push the button for the automatic reel.

Storage
The basement doors all along the bottom of the RV give it TONS of storage. Four of the doors have passthrough storage with metal pull-out drawers for easy access. The basement is also heated, so all the plumbing and items in storage stay warm. We installed 6 new house batteries in one of the compartments, another has the Aqua hot water heater, and there are several other doors for more storage options.

If it’s such a great RV, then why sell it?
That’s a fair question! We’ve loved owning it, but we are selling it is because we have a growing family and need a 2nd bedroom for kids. We’ve taken very good care of it and the next owner of this beautiful RV will enjoy it for many years to come.
