Motorhome is in excellent condition for a 2017 model; no smoking, no pets. We are selling for age and health reasons. We have had four motorhomes over the years and this is our favorite. We love the reliable Ford E-450 engine with tow-haul feature which has been great for towing our CRV cross country. The twin beds are very comfortable and the plush leather couch opens to a full size bed. The shower and cook top have never been used–microwave and refrigerator-freezer are excellent. The coach A-C and heating systems , propane and generator systems all work very well. Service on Ford engine is up to date and generator has been serviced.
Over the past two years we have spent approximately $ 8,000 in keeping RV in good working order: two new coach interstate batteries with new battery cables, new step motor and step linkage, new macerator pump, new Ford catalytic converter with steel cable theft prevention cover, replaced or repaired outside locks. All six tires were replaced in the past few years.
We have had no wrecks, only a small scratch which was repaired. There is a small 5-6 inch dent in front driver’s side and mild discoloration of dash–both cosmetic only. The rear view camera which came with unit is small and inconsistent in image so we used the large side mirrors with no difficulty backing up. I looked at replacing camera but wires run thru ceiling cover so it was impractical.
All known mechanical problems have been repaired and it is winterized. It is out of warranty and is being sold ” as is ” with no warranty provided by seller.
