Original owners are selling our awesome 40 foot Newmar Ventana as we are downsizing to a smaller RV. We have traveled to all 49 States you can drive to and much of Canada. Our travels were trouble free as the coach has been meticulously maintained and performed flawlessly. All annual services were performed by Freightliner utilizing the specific annual checklists provided for this specific coach during the 2 day Camp Freightliner Class. All maintenance records are available for review and will be provided to the purchaser. We are non-smokers and the coach has never been smoked in.

We bought our Ventana in August of 2015 from a local Newmar Dealer. It comes standard with a tag axle and was loaded with nearly $40,000 of Optional Features. We added a King Size Sleep Number bed and Stainless Steel Trim Molding. With all the extras our Coach is often mistaken as a Dutchstar rather than the Ventana it is.

The Newmar Standard Features and Optional Features Sheets are included with the photographs. They are too numerous to list but are everything that you would expect and more when buying a quality built New Newmar Coach that originally listed for over $325,000.

The floor plan is a model 4002 and is included with the photographs. This is a bath and a half and comfortably sleeps four adults. It has the two optional recliners in lieu of the hide-a-bed sofa. The sofa is a “fold and tumble” with a queen size air mattress complete with pump for inflation and deflation. This was the perfect floorplan for us as fulltimers for three years with the occasional overnight visitors or grandchildren.

Because it is an all electric coach, there is no propane. The Onan QD 8000 generator provides 66 amps of continusous power, if needed. That is enough to run both air conditioners, lights and appliances. All electric allows for a full size residential refrigerator complete with water in the door and ice maker. It eliminates the need for an oven which provides more kitchen cabinet space. The induction cooktop and convection microwave oven work perfectly for all cooking and baking.

Recent NEW replacements include all furniture in 2019 (Great Customer Support From Newmar), maintenance free AGM house batteries in January of 2021, Michelin XRV tires in August of 2021, chassis batteries and a windshield in February of 2023.
