This is a one owner coach and I am selling it for the owners. It has very few miles on the awesome cummins 500 HP diesel powerplant coupled to a Allison 4000 series transmission. I just had the EQ leveling system jacks all rebuilt and they work flawless. The tires have less than 1000 miles on them. they were 2 years old when they were installed and first saw the sun. You have lots of life on the tires. The coach has an Aqua Hot system to heat your water, heat your coach, heat your bays and pre heat your engine. 27 cubic foot side by side fridge in immaculate condition, electric cooktop and micro convection oven. Coach has central vac and a washer dryer. The interior of this coach is beautiful and the 4 slide design has lots of room. the exterior shines and the paint is in really good condition overall. there are areas on the front cap and the rear cap where the metallic black paint has lost its clear coat. I am willing to give an allowance to have this repaired. 3 roof airs with heat strips all work beautifully. large capacity black and gray tanks and approx. 200 gallons of diesel fuel which will fill from either side. the coach has 8 – 6 volt house batteries in good shape and a onan 12,500 watt diesel generator. Auto locate satelite dish and new 50 inch smart tv in the salon. there are 4 tvs total. electric girrard awnings on passsenger side and manual awnings over all windows. Coach has beautiful amish made cabinets. Basically this is a lightly used rv with a couple blems in the paint thats ready to go.
