I’ve worked hard to make this RV perfect for living or vacationing in. I just purchased this in April.
I don’t want to sell this but I have to, due to family circumstances.
This is a perfect rig, not too big and not too small – and it has everything you would need.

THINGS I HAVE ADDED:
1. A MAXXAIR Maxxfan Deluxe Vent, Fan and Vent Cover 10-Speed Reversible Fan with Thermostat, Built-in Rain Cover, Remote Control
2. A Renogy 2000w Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger – means you can use both the 120v and 12v electrical system off-grid for the microwave and any of the outlets
3. A second 70Ah Deep Cycle battery
4. A Renogy 200 Watt(2 Pcs 100W) Solar Panel
5. A Renogy Solar 30A PWM Charge Controller
6. A telescoping exterior ladder(to go into pre-installed exterior bracket)
7. Reflective removable window tint for privacy – can see out but not in during the day
8. A 2-in memory foam brand new, NEVER SLEPT ON, mattress pad with a cover.
9. 2 sets water resistant dinette covers to protect seats’ upholstery
10. A new 25ft sewer hose and adapter attachment – never been used.

This RV came with a power cord.
It is a perfect layout. It has a corner bed (means you don’t have to set up and take down to sleep) and a dinette which is so handy for eating or any kind of desk work that needs to be done.
It can fold down to make an extra bed.
It has an overhead bunk for storage if needed or for kids/guests to sleep in.
It has an absolutely fantastic rear exterior storage area. Fits so much!

This is brand spanking new.
I’ve only taken it on one trip for a 4-day stay in Maine this past summer.

Chassis and coach manufacturer warranties are transferable.

I wanted to get this posted right away, so the photos look like I’ve lived in it a long time but I had it all set up to go across country, but, sadly I only able to use it for a 3 night stay in Maine. All of the personal items will be removed. All of the upgrades will stay.
No water used, no plumbing used, no smoking no pets inside
