Adventure with a 6 X 6 Off-Grid Expedition Vehicle. This rig is almost complete. Inside can be finished the way I was going with or changed to meet your needs. Built with 80/20 extrusions.
Built on an International HV607 chassis with the 6×6 conversion done by Tulsa Truck Manufacturing with the powerful and reliable Cummins L9 engine and Allison 6-Speed 3000 Severe Duty Automatic transmission.

Four season Expedition Rig, 23 foot extremely well insulated camper body built by Global Expedition Vehicles, the body of the camper is constructed of 60mm thick composite, closed-cell foam insulation sandwiched between fiberglass reinforced panels.
Extra-large kitchen galley with Custom Walnut countertop. Induction cooktop and large drawers. Set-up for dry bath with 30” x 30” shower stall. Queen size bed area.
Massive energy capacity utilizing Battleborn Gamechanger batteries. 24 Volt, 1080 Amp Hours battery bank. (8 batteries in total). The Electrical System Victron Energy (2) Quattro 24V/5000va/120 amps. Wiring consisting of 12 Volt, 24 Volt, 120 Volt and 240 Volt. 2000w Solar Panel array with (2) Victron MPPT 150/70 Smart Solar charge controllers. (4) Victron Orion-Tr Smart 24/12 – 30 DC to DC chargers to charge house batteries while driving. (1) Victron Orion-Tr Smart 12/24 – 15 DC to DC to charge the truck batteries from the house batteries. This system is massive with a nominal 26000 Watt Hours at 24 Volts and 28000 Watt Hours at 26 Volts.
All windows and one sky-lights are KCT dual-panel glass units with integrated blinds and insect screens.
