This RV has the new powerful and fuel efficient Ford 7.3L V8 with 350HP, 468lbs torque, 6 speed trans, 55 gal fuel tank for long trips, cruise control, and tilt steering wheel, a touchscreen dash radio with living area speakers, and a backup camera. It has 1 large slide out with a cover, (over 15' long X 3' deep), creating a huge living area, a large 16' power awning with integrated LED lights. Inside the huge living area is a cab over sleeping area, a nice dinette that also makes a bed, and a Queen size Murphy bed that is a couch during travel, and storage cabinets over the bed.

Also there are USB connectors throughout, a 12V outlet by the bed for a CPAP machine, swivel driver/passenger seats with extra cushions, privacy curtain over the windshield; lots of cabinet/drawer/closet storage, a microwave oven, a double door refrigerator and freezer, a bedroom privacy curtain. There are 2 TVs (39” at the dinette, 32” on the bedroom wall). A DVD player, HDMI video distribution box and Winegand Connect WiFi/4G/TV antenna is included.

The kitchen has an extended countertop, stainless steel sink with a single handle faucet and pull down sprayer, gas stove with 3 burners and a glass cover, lots of ceiling lights and LED accent lighting in the counter top and steps, push button controls and gauges for every function, a High Output 15,000 BTU roof air condition with ceiling ducting, a 30,000BTU furnace with floor ducting. The cab over bunk has a large skylight with a power window shade, hidden storage compartment for valuables, and a telescoping ladder.

The bathroom has a shower with a large skylight and a covered vent fan so you can operate it in raining weather. The sink is stainless steel with a vanity mirror/storage above and storage below. The toilet is porcelain with a paddle flush.

Outside there is 47CF of storage in several compartments, a pass-through compartment. There is a second auxiliary battery, a gas/elect water heater, a black water flush system, an outdoor hot/cold shower, vent covers over the exhaust fans for rainy weather operation, a Cummins Onan Generator 4000W Micro Quiet with auto start, rear electrical stabilizing jack system, an 80 W solar panel, 100W solar panel charging system with power controller, worm gears on the slideout for smooth operation, a 41 gallon LP gas system with a exterior LP connection.
