LOVE THIS RV BUT SELLING DUE TO NOT BEING USED ANYMORE!

This has been a great RV for my wife and I, we absolutely love her and she still smells brand new! Treated with love and very well taken care of but selling simply because we are not traveling around the US in her that much anymore and want her to go to someone who will use and love her as much as we did!

Recently we had the following done:
Roof re-sealed and maintained 4/23
Oil change 4/23
Complete 100 point inspection 4/23
Batteries checked and verified good 4/23

All done at Campers World.

This rig also has:
Full awning about 3/4 the length of the RV
Fireplace
Two AC units
Door for the bedroom
Black tank 50 gallons
Fuel tank 80 gallons
Gray water 40 gallons
Cummins generator for dry camping
12′ 10″ tall
Real shiplap wall in the bedroom
Real farm style door to the bathroom
Jayco air ride system

Additionally, all appliances are in good order.
All owner manuals for the RV and appliances are with the RV. All maintenance is up to date.

The RV has not been taken on any trips since all maintenance has been done and is currently stored at a storage location under a covered area for extra protection.

We are excited for someone to use the RV but sad to see her go.
