Better than new, because we have all the kinks worked out. We have replaced 3 of the 4 hydralic jacks, main slideout reinforced by Newmar and replaced linoleum floor with ceramic tile. Generator was used a couple of times for less than an hour, but started ever other month when not in use.
We purchased new and this home away from home has never been east of the Rocky’s. We have taken immaculate care inside and out and are only giving it up because our needs have changed.
