This RV is approximately 37 feet 4 inches in length featuring 3 slide-out rooms, large 3-person sofa with recliners with Heater, massage and additional lighting, fireplace, 2 A/Cs with heat strips and a residential refrigerator with indoor water/ice maker. Optional equipment includes the beautiful full body paint, exterior entertainment center, front overhead loft, dual pane windows, rear mudflap and combination washer/dryer. The Forest River Georgetown also features a Triton V-10 engine, aluminum wheels, 24,000 lb. Ford chassis, Arctic pack, 5.5KW Onan generator, side swing baggage doors, auto transfer switch, color side & rear-view cameras, power heated side mirrors, stainless steel appliances, flat panel TVs inside with a 50″ in living area and a 40″ in bedroom with a 40″ outside. Also, we had an In-Motion satellite (Dish) installed and an upgrade on the antenna, so it has Cable, Antena, and Satellite connects for T.V’, solid service countertops WE bought it new with 3600 miles on it from delivery and used it for short trips for ballgames. Very well maintain, nothing is wrong, just get in and take off as I had it serviced when needed.
