Due to health reasons I am selling my 2020 Jayco Percept model 31UL with only 8,600 miles
in very good condition ,very clean no pets or smoking ever . it is very comfortable to ride in has reclining theater seats across from a 50imch flat screen tv also has a32 inch tv in the bedroom as well as a 40 inch and radio/cd in the outside entertainment center under a 17 foot awning with built-in accent lights it has a king bed in the bedroom as well a king size lowering bed over the drivers seats and a fold down dinette so it can sleep six people and has seatbelts so that up to eight people can ride in it. it has three slide outs and two air conditioners and a 6000 watt generator
It has 22.5 inch wheels and hitch Last year we added a handicap lift that can lift a person right into the unit if need be as my wife cannot do stairs From coach lift in Arizona retail on the lift was approximately $8000 with shipping and install
I have Health problems is the reason we are selling it
a new 2026 31ul starts at $213,000 and I just checked and with 8,500 miles a 2020 books in average retail condition $125,150 to $157,317 plus the lift (you can use or sell)

we are reducing the price to only asking $99,000 to be able to pay it off Please only respond if are serious and really interested this is in above average condition and an exceptional unit for the price
