Up for sale is my 2019 Dynamax DX3 37RB Super C motorhome. 40 foot long with 3 slides and two bathrooms! This coach is all electric with an Aqua Hot 400 for hot water and heat. NO PROPANE… Every option was ordered on this coach and I have the build sheet. Also has the 8,000 dollar black out package which has the aftermarket black 22.5 wheels. Dual 15,000 ducted A/C with heat strips. Induction cook top, 8.9 Liter Cummins with only 12,000 miles. Fresh oil change and service before coming to Florida 10 months ago. Residential fridge, in-motion satellite with Dish network. Also has built in Wi-Fi along with regular antenna. Solar panels on the roof with charging built in. 3000 watt inverter and the list goes on.
The only down side to this coach is there are a couple cracks in the floor tile, some of the seats have been clawed by my cat as this was my home for the last 10 months waiting for my house to be built. There is one scratch on the outside which was there when I bought it.
I have this priced well below NADA for a fast sale and the couple of issues stated above.
