Clean title im hand ready to go. Motivated seller.

I am wanting to see my beautiful 2019 Fleetwood Gas motorhome. It has just a bit over 11k miles on it. I purchased it 3 months ago and have spent that time updating and cleaning and getting it cozy. We took it on a trip this past weekend to Nashville and determined that we want something smaller. There are too many awesome things to list but Ill try to put down what comes to mind immediately.

– Brand new NEVER USED $1200 Hybrid King Mattress for master bedroom.
– Brand new house batteries. Just replaced a month ago.
– Engine battery was installed new 8/23
– Sumo springs
– Steering stabilizer
– Dual 13.5k btu ac’s with aftermarket airflow dampeners to boost the airflow to the vents.
– Stacked washer/dryer.
– Opposing slide outs with a full jackknife sofa and theater seats. This is awesome and not found frequently in gas coaches. SOOOO mush room inside.
– Residential Queen size drop down bunk over cab area with brand new memory foam mattress.
– New bedding and pillows.
– I scrubbed every surface after I bought it.
– x4 tv’s All are Roku Tv’s. The living room one is brand new.
– Before I purchased I had a full inspection completed by a licensed RV inspector/tech. Will share this info with serious buyers.
– Onan gas powered 5500 generator with only a few hundred hours on it.

There are a few minor wear and tear things to consider. Being 5 years old. Little things here and there. Nothing that effects it’s use.
– Tires are date coded 2019 but still in great condition. Will need to be replaced in a year or two if you go by the 7 year age out rule for motorhomes. But no cracks or anything. I’ve put 2k miles on it since I bought it and they have performed flawlessly. Just wanted to be transparent.
– Happy to go over other little things with serious buyers.

* Side note…pup have is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed. Not to mention he has never been with us on a trip in it. He just occasionally hangs out with me in it while I clean or tinker. Never been smoked in.
