This is a beautiful coach with only 1 owner. We have upgraded with a safety plus steering stabilizer. It also comes with a TPMS system that I have not installed and is new in the box. It came with a forever warranty which is not transferable but proves that all major components are checked thoroughly by an authorized dealer yearly. I service the generator and everything else on this coach yearly including washing and conditioning the roof which is in perfect condition. Everyone that comes into our coach tells us it looks brand new. It has an on demand hot water for the shower, 1 convection burner (comes with pots and pans for it) and 1 gas burner side by side on the cooktop and microwave/convection oven. It has a nice size fridge and plenty of storage, nice size shower, overhead bunk above cab area that is push button operated and never used. There is a comfortable queen size bed with a mattress that has always had a mattress cover on it. It has a tv in the main living area as well as a brand new smart tv in the bedroom and an outside tv with soundbar. It has 3 slides and a nice sized awning. The table between the captains chairs is removable. A couple of my favorite features of this coach are that it has a lower profile so it is not as high off the ground to step into and is so comfortable and easy to drive especially with the huge windshield and big side mirrors and also cameras that show a close view down the side of the coach on the big touch screen when a blinker is turned on. It does not have automatic levelers but we have installed a levelmatepro that links to an app on your phone that will tell you exactly how many inches and which tires, leveling blocks come with the coach and almost all campgrounds we have encountered are fairly level anyway. you can put the dinnette down and also the couch for extra sleeping space. If you are looking for a great RV at a great price you need to come take a look at this one! We absolutely love this coach!
