It has a multi-vented 30,000 BTU heating unit, and a 13,50 BTU AC cooling system. The bathroom vanity, has a tile-look backsplash behind the sink, and a porcelain toilet. 1 mirrored medicine cabinet, 1 corner cabinet, as well as 3 cubby holes, and 1 cabinet below the sink.
There’s a separate comfortable corner shower, opposite the bathroom.
