Clean, smoke free and low miles. Has brand new Rv recliner wall saver sofa (to match) WE HATED the tiny recliners it came with also we made more sleeping space by adding an RV queen sofa sleeper with air mattress (never used). We flipped that with table which now has chairs to make more usable eating/working space.
The kitchen has everything you need my personal favorite, the dishwasher! Pack all the meals you need when you have this size fridge. The king size bed in this RV bedroom is made for real rest at the end of a long day. Keep a comfortable temperature inside your rig with the best A/C options. While the inside of this rig is enough on its own, the outside also features fiberglass sidewalls, full body paint, hitch, ladder, outside entertainment center, power awnings including one over your door, power entrance step, power roof vent, roof vent, screen door, second roof a/c, side view cameras, backup monitor, skylight, slam latch baggage doors, slide-out awning and slideout. Don’t bring dirt inside, make use of the outside shower. Pass-through storage on this rig is quite large.
It has air assist suspension, automatic leveling jacks, the black tank flush which we didn’t have in prior rv is a must.

Besides service done, my husband is a certified diesel mechanic with over 35 years experience he does oil/filter changes every several thousand miles.

Currently In covered storage in southern Oregon but we are in the process of moving it to Pahrump NV (outside Las Vegas) in the upcoming weeks.
