We are the original owner’s of this 2018 Phaeton 40IH XSH which is built on the Tiffin Powerglide XSH Super Raised Rail Chassis. One of the improvements of this chassis is an innovative 5″ spacer beam added on top of the regular chassis rails that raises the basement ceiling giving you taller baggage doors so you can fit larger things in the basement and an additional 40% more space in the basement! In addition, the raised basement ceiling changes the dynamics of the interior floor, making the entire interior floor flat from front to back with no step up in the bedroom! The chassis also has ZF independent front suspension with an incredible wheel cut for an exceptional turn radius!
This 2018 Phaeton XSH 40IH is an All Electric Coach with the Aqua Hot Hydronic Heating System for endless hot water. The coach is setup with a 10,000w Onan Diesel Generator with Auto Gen Start, (3) AC’s w/Heat Pumps, Amber Glazed Solid Hardwood Cabinets, Sunlit Sand Body Paint, Fireplace, Bath and a half and Stacked Washer/Dryer.
