Well love 2018 Gas Ford V10 Fleetwood Bounder 35P- 4 large slide outs, lots of “basement” storage outside with a large outdoor tv, automatic awning with led lighting and blue underbelly lighting- upgraded with Sumo Springs front and back and roadmaster anti sway /stabelization bars front and back for a smoother more controlled ride. New tires as of 5/23 as well as new rig batteries in 2021 and new chassis battery in 2022. We have a tire monitoring system. Automatic leveling jacks. The 50 amp electric service is easy to reel in and out on the electric reel. Complete records and always well kept up to date maintenance for rig, chassis, and generator. Going inside you will find rich dark well cared for cabinetry, a booth style dinette with lots of storage and it converts into a bed for small children. We upgraded the captains chairs again to improve on the smooth ride. Large sofa that converts to a queen sleeper and has a recliner attached. Large living room TV and we have a satellite system mounted on the roof that feeds both the living room and bedroom tvs. Lots and lots of cabinetry for storage. The kitchen has a double stainless steel sink, three gas burner strove top, French door refrigerator with ice maker(love that) slide out pantry and large additional pantry space. Two roof AC units with ducted cooling and separate front and back controls. Two automatic fantastic fans one in bath and one in kitchen with covers so can be open even if it rains. Main bedroom has upgraded king sleep number bed, four drawer dresser and large two door closet. See the pic of the floor plan, this rig has lots of space. Into the bathroom again two sides of vanity for individual storage, a pedestal porcelain toilet, open up the cabinets to find a stackable washer and dryer that gets the job done. The shower is one piece fiberglass with glass sliding doors- no history of water damage anywhere in rig . you will love the hot water heater is either electric( we always use this) or gas. It is surprisingly fast in heating the water and despite its only 10 gallons it stays so hot never run out of water in the shower and quick recovery.
