We drove to Virginia 4 years ago to pick up this MH. The prior owner had it garaged, it had 8,000 miles. We built a garage for it so it has always been garaged. No pets and no smoking in the MH. The MH came with optional features-Macerator Pump and extra hose, electric power cord reel, washer and dryer and battery watering system. We made several improvements to the MH. We replaced the very uncomfortable couch with theater seating from Bradd and Hall Lambright unit with ultraleather. It has electric recline and electric headrest. The cost was $3,500. I replaced the coach batteries. I replaced the tank monitoring system which never worked with a sea-level system that works perfectly. I had a Winegard Trav’ler Directv SK-SWM3 satellite installed. The Ventana LE does not come with a kitchen slide awning which is a problem. I had a matching kitchen slide awning installed. I replaced the cheap kitchen faucet with a Moen faucet. I replaced the engine batteries 04/24. I replaced the tires 04/23. I installed a really good stereo system. It has a new Blue Ox tow bar. I took our mattress out and replaced it with a new Casper mattress-it has never been slept on. One of the best features of the MH is the Comfort Drive-it makes driving easy in the wind.
