Well kept unit, barely used. We are selling as part of my father’s estate. It has 2 slides, one in the bedroom in the rear and the other in the living room. New couch put in, redone upholstery and unit was fully serviced a year ago with all systems checked and serviced. Roof was also re-sealed.

Chassis is a 2017 Ford E450 with a 6.8L Triton V10 engine and Jayco coach is a 2018 and it’s 29 feet in length. Generator is a Cummins QG 4000 and was also serviced and has less than 200 hours on it. I have the original bill of sale and a stack of service records. There is a power awning, but it does have a few small holes in it (seriously not many and they are not big). My father tinkered with it as a bored old man and picked apart everything that squeaked, rattled or wasn’t perfect. Probably gave him something to do other than golf! We have the clean title in hand. The unit has less than 8K miles on it and runs great. It’s currently winterized and in Woodstock, IL.
