2017 Newmar Dutchstar model 4369. Purchased new, one owner. When not used has been stored in a building since purchased. New tires we installed in the spring of 2023. New house batteries were installed in October 2023. The Oasis on demand hot water system received its 5 year service last October, 2023. My wife and I always have plans to take RV trips and then for some reason we don’t. We’ve decided to let someone else enjoy this coach since we don’t seem to get around to it as much as we would like.
As you can see from the photos this motorhome is in great condition. Very minor wear on one chair otherwise like new.
