Excellent condition, coach and chassis batteries are 1 year old, all new tires, all fluids and filters changed in November 2023, has recliner sofa. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, residential refrigerator, induction cook top. Coach has been stored under cover. We have owned it for three years but no longer are using it.
