This is a 2017 Tiffin Phaeton 40AH in great shape. This unit has an AquaHot system with heated floors, a residential fridge, four HDTVs, a memory foam king-sized bed, and a new washer/dryer combo unit. The basement has a side-to-side wide drawer with plenty of storage to boot. Driver and Passenger seats show shows normal wear and tear on the leather, but otherwise, the rest of the upholstery is in great shape.

Three AC units, furnace powered by AquaHot but also heat pumps, induction cook stove, dishwasher, it also has an on-board vacuum cleaner! Also has 1 huge power awning, with wind retractor, slide-toppers on all slides, and a fireplace.

We love this motorcoach and would love to keep it, but just do not have time to fully utilize it.
