2016 Jayco Precept 31UL 42,000 Miles

Built with Ford's F53 chassis and upgraded JRide Suspension system, paired with the Triton V10 with brake assist, you'll surely have a very sturdy and powerful ride.
On the outside, Jayco has done a marvelous job with this Precept, giving it three slides, a large awning, a self-leveling system, an outdoor TV, and loads of outdoor storage.
4 door refrigerator, a 3-burner stove, a Convection microwave, a pantry, and ample solid surface countertops and cabinet space.
There's a 2 seat recliner and a cozy booth-style dinette with a large hide-a-way TV.
Toward the rear, you'll find a lovely large split bathroom with all the creature comforts of home.
The Queen master bedroom has nightstands, overhead cabinets, wardrobes, and a TV.
Sleeps 6, Queen bed, table/booth and overhead bunk.
When both sides are out in the living area, there is 6 feet between the booth and recliners. Our grandchildren like to sleep there in instead of the bunk.
It also has a battery saver that starts your generator when the coach batteries get low.
Lots of space for storage. 2 pass through and many other storage on the outside.
It does have some cuts in the vinyl flooring and the passenger seat is torn from trying to bring in the slide out while it was in the way.
I ran into a ditch, look at the rear right side picture and you can see the damage.
Two tires put on front 3 years ago (not sure of the mileage). Had a tire fail last fall and replaced, it needs one rear tire on the left side, see picture. The left side rear tires are still the originals.
Never used the tank heaters and one of the heaters came off.
It has a macerator (RV waste pump).
The Steering stabilizer is awesome.
Bought used from dealer in Great Falls, MT in July 2020 with 17,000 miles.

Reason for selling is looking for a tow behind toy hauler.
