This motorhome has been extremely well maintained, have all service records, every manual from both Fleetwood and Freightliner (chassis manufacturer). At the time we purchased the motorhome in November 2022 and 33000 miles, all six tires were replaced, all 8 batteries were new, a full service was completed on the engine, transmission and generator. We have completed several oil changes and fuel filter changes as required based on mileage. All aspects of the motorhome are fully functional. As you will see in the pictures, there are four TVs (all Sony), a residential side by side refrigerator, fireplace, DVD player, etc.(see list below). The sofa, recliner and both driver and passenger seats are in excellent condition (use Lexol cleaner and conditioner at least quarterly).
