This gorgeous 45 foot diesel pusher motorcoach combines luxury and function for a larger family or provides a wondrous space for a couple; the factory triple bunk, quad slides, and uniquely customized upgrades won’t disappoint. The quad slides and modifications allow for easy access to the mid bath and kitchen while traveling down the road, slides out reveal an amazing space where teenagers can dance, adults can entertain, and three active grandsons can also play about comfortably.
While we have easily slept 7 on many of our RVing trips, when it was just my wife and I, we converted the middle bunk into a multifunctional space that we readily tailored to meet the unique needs of the many seasons of our lives. This coach has let us live comfortably in the mountains of north GA and TN, the coastal shores of Hilton Head Island and more recently embark on our newfound love of NASCAR infield camping. It doesn’t matter how you live or what you like to do, this King Aire is so versatile it will be able to accommodate the destination vacation or allow for full timing as well.
The table height middle bunk has been used as a craft/sewing space, self serve bar for tailgating, appliance bay during entertaining and herb garden with coffee bar. My wife was able to prep six sides for a full Thanksgiving meal while going down the road. The lower bunk allowed us to take in a 70 lb pointer rescue and foster her to health for about 6 months until she was ready to go to her forever home. My wife at one point had a Juki and Viking sewing machine set up with a serger and ironing station and there was plenty of room for all of it.
The desk in the living room really expands the functionality for crafts and entertaining; it provides both extra counter and dining space. The lower bunk doubles as extra storage and has been a favorite place for pets while traveling; they have a great view, are comfortably safe and no one is tripping over them.
The living room area does not have the typical love seat but instead has a beautiful desk with televator this gives the spacious feel when the slides are in and also triples as work, entertaining, and dining space.
When we are NASCAR camping or tailgating we turn the living room into a sports bar with multiple TV’s playing on the 5.1 Bose surround sound system. The exterior TV also has a soundbar with subwoofer and external separate audio system.
The large comfortable sofa quickly transforms into a back supporting queen sized air mattress that is perfect for an adult couple. My 79 year old mother says she sleeps better in the bus than at home. The coach is loaded with USB ports and outlets throughout, it was customized to meet the current needs of the modern technologically savvy family. Each bunk also has its own DVD player, headsets, reading light and USB ports. The half bath is perfect for guests with the coach gong down the road or stationary.
The master bedroom is equipped with a new sleep number bed, speakers over the sleeping area, and a Bose sound system that is perfect for relaxing or enjoying a great movie at the end of a full camping day. There is a WiiU gaming system that the grandsons enjoyed while going down the road and it let them enjoy themselves in the bedroom while the adults relaxed in the living room on many a road trip.
There are windows along side each side of the bed and a full privacy window instead of a headboard; we enjoyed the cross ventilation and expanded nature views, this feature has been removed from many of the newer Newmar luxury coaches.
For clothing and linens in the bedroom there are 6 deep drawers and over bed storage cabinets. Extra outlets with USB ports on each side of the bed along with hidden shelves along side of the bed allows for easy access to phone, tablet, laptop, firearm or anything else that you want to store.
The four season bus sports fully zone controllable heated tile floors which furry and human family members all love. The spacious shower provides endless hot water and a beautiful teak bench for a comfortable shower experience, I am 6’2’’ tall. There are upper and lower cabinets above the master glass vanity sink . The huge cedar lined closet has built in cubbies and with locked safe.
The upgraded LG washer and Whirlpool dryer are tucked away in the back of the coach and make for easy functional laundering.
The lower bays are quite large and have 2 electric sliding trays that offer easy access from either side. The n slide tray offers access from the passenger side next to the outdoor entertainment area. It was the perfect spot for our portable smoker and outdoor gear.
This coach has been stored indoors and powered in a climate controlled facility when not in use. All records are available. Lifeline Batteries in November of 2020 and all new Michelin tires have been replaced in December 2020. Tire codes will be added as soon as I can along with more photos and a video walkthrough soon. Other notable upgrades are the Koni shocks, Lifeline batteries, 6 solar panels, new Truma dual zone bluetooth operated basement refrigerator / freezer (just incase the residential refrigerator freezer is not big enough), new LG washing machine with 20% larger capacity than the originally installed Whrilpool model, just to name a few items.

We are selling because my wife is ready for a new season of our lives and our grandsons have entered into the travel ball stage of life. How we travel and what we like to do in our coach have continued to evolve. The warranty through September 2026 is completely transferrable for your peace of mind. The buyer will be able to stay on one of our luxury motorcoach lots in Titusville, FL or in Hilton Head for a week if available.
