This is a very well-maintained RV. Just a little over 20,000 miles. It is a Forest River FR3 30 foot. There are two slide outs. Hydraulic automatic levelers. Onan 4000 generator. One roof AC. Has a drop-down bed above drivers cockpit. Just resealed the roof and side rails. Replaced the couch, water pump, hydraulic pump and manifold for leveling system. Also replaced house batteries. will perform engine oil, service and air filter replacement on both engine and generator and install new wiper blades & replace chassis battery when sold.
