This is a beautiful coach in fantastic condition. The coach has: Six new tires (October) Two new Furion 15.5 Air Conditioners and Thermostat (July) , Generator serviced, oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel pump and carburetor (August), new upholstery on driver, passenger seats, dining seats, and couch. New windshield wipers. Built-in SurgeGuard Power Protector, 35’ of 50 amp extension cord, 25 foot fresh water extension, 50 to 30 converter, 30’ sewer hose extension, sewer hose support, dump connection extended and moved to the side of the coach for easy access, new pots and pans, dishes, silverware, bed sheets, blankets, Google Smart TV Streaming Comcast Unit, all interior lights replaced with LEDs, a two-inch binder with manuals and data sheets for every system in the coach, dash cam, multiple spare keys, a wall mounted self-charging flashlight, and a lettuce tool. Note: I am also including a 90-day $1000 warranty. If anything needs repair in the first three month of ownership, I will pay up to $1000 towards the cost of the repairs.
