We purchased this in November 2023 with grand plans to travel, unfortunately, everything fell apart, we figured we would use it for weekend trips and short trips. We have not used it once. We have only driven it 30 mi from where we bought it to our house back in November. Chevy equinox (94k) is included(toad) Clear and free titles in hand on both vehicles. Blue ox tow system, rear camera, motorcycle rack too! Generator is basically new as it only has 8 hours on it. The motorhome has 45664 miles on it with a 380hp Cummins, Allison transmission. Sleeps 5. Windshield is in perfect condition. Tires look new but are 4/5 years old. Yesterday I spent the day going through everything on it just to make sure everything works 100% for this sale, and everything does except for the main awning would not retract back in, I got it back in and secured it, and I tested the motor with a battery and the motor is fine so there’s something wrong with the actual mechanism, the only other thing that is of minor concern is it says low batteries even though it fires right up and everything works correctly. We paid $145,000 for this last November with the car, we’re listing it for $130,000 for two reasons, one because of the awning, and in my opinion it would probably need new batteries soon, but the main reason is we just want it gone, it’s been sitting in our driveway for 10 months. We haven’t used it once and it honestly breaks my heart every time I look at it because everything fell apart. I wish I had more info and could share more but we just never used it. Also, would like to share that last year I spent 6 months reading, researching, watching videos, and did my homework and I felt that this was a great rig for the price, on top of it all after looking at many different ones, the gentleman I bought this from owned a RV dealership for over 40 years, and this was his personal rig, he spent 2 days with me going through everything and explaining everything to me and he made me feel very comfortable. I still had an inspection before I paid for it. It’s ready for somebody to use and enjoy. Thank you for reading
