2013 forest river georgetown 352xl. It only has 9,350 miles but will go up because we are still using it. It has bunks with tv/dvd in each bed. Has master bedroom with queen bed and tv with a lot of storage. Nice bathroom with standup shower and bowl style sink. Has a generator with only 58 hrs. Has 1 yr old hot water heater. Rear tires are 3 yrs old front are 4 yrs old. 4 slide outs with toppers. Outdoor tv and radio with speakers. Nice power awning. Regular maintenance and roof has been resealed. Both a/c’s have been cleaned and work great so does both furnaces. Well maintained unit. The couch and both captain chairs are the fake leather and are flaking off, we put covers on them and think it looks good compared to spending thousands to get them replaced. Also there is a dent on one of the outside compartment doors, if you dont know about it most people wouldnt notice it. The door still functions the way it is suppose to. Trying to be as honest about everything as i can be. Ford V10 motor. $52k obo. I have 2 videos I can send of the inside and outside. Pictures don’t do this motorhome justice, need to see it in person!!! I can give the Vin# for people that want a report/inspection of the unit but, I’m not getting one.
