Original owners selling our beautiful 2012 Tiffin Phaeton QTH40 Motorhome. Unfortunately our ability to travel has come to an end. Our Motorhome was kept in heated dry inside storage for the five past years. During that time it was regularly exercised and regularly serviced. We are currently located in Apache Junction AZ. The purchaser would need to allow us time to move our possessions into a storage facility.
This Motorhome is cleared to be fully registered in Canada having its RIV Clearance Certification. It was originally purchased from La Mesa RV in Mesa Az. in 2012.
