We traveled in this meticulously maintained 2012 Tiffin Phaeton 40QBH RV, off and on for 4 years as soon as we retired. We recommend it to everyone who has ever said “one day” or “I would really like to or I have always wanted to “travel in an RV across the US, just DO IT! We had lots of adventures and this coach is a “rockstar”. We eventually found our forever home and are no longer able to store or use this beauty, and plan to downsize for those reasons. It has been lovingly cared for and always stored indoors. Never resided in Florida.
This girl is built on a Freightliner chassis with a powerful Cummins ISC 380HP engine and features four expansive slides, offering a spacious interior with high-gloss raised panel hardwood cabinetry, solid wood fascias, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom for added comfort. The kitchen includes a 3-burner gas stove, a convection microwave/oven, and a pull-out island to expand your counter space, and the residential refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice maker.
She’s also equipped with a 10.0kW generator, making it ideal for off-grid trips, and has a 90-gallon fresh water tank, 50-gallon black tank, and 70-gallon grey tank.

It has 3 a/c units, electric fireplace with blower, and a dual propane/electric heat and water heater for comfort year-round. The bathroom features a convenient half bath, and the master includes a queen bed with a Casper mattress (purchased in 2022). The stackable Splendid washer and dryer make laundry a breeze.
Home theater system with concealed speakers, a Satellite system, an electric fireplace that provides a fair amount of heat during the night, and plenty of room for relaxation. Outdoors, you’ll appreciate the two full slide-out bays, an outdoor shower, and snap pads on all jacks for easy leveling.
Just replaced BLUE OX tow bar in 2025, all 6 batteries, all interior led’s and anything that needed replaced or fixing. Beautiful, shiny, new mudflap from Red Bay, 3 newer tires, and annual maintenance just completed. Registration paid in June, 2025. Registered in Arizona. Will consider selling 2017 Jeep Wrangler that is tow-ready for this rig.
