This is an off-grid boon-docking stay-anywhere highway-mile-eating machine! Freightliner chassis, Bunkhouse floor plan, 25kWh (!) battery storage, 1600w rooftop solar, 8kW inverter capacity, 800mi fuel range with capable Cummins ISB 6.7L diesel, washer and dryer onboard. Weeks of autonomy in almost any weather, running the generator a few hours a day in high heat or not at all in temperate or cold weather while EVERYTHING runs off battery system, including both A/Cs. Battery system will run the whole coach in hot weather for 8+ hours, often more – solar adds hours of operation on sunny days, 12+ hour drives with no generator are normal. Tested in 115°F heat in Big Bend, freezing temperatures in the Adirondacks for the 2024 eclipse, and across the continental US May – November. In mild climates you may never need shore or generator power, without the A/C the battery system can run the whole coach for days without sun, generator, or shore power.

This RV is ready to go on the road today. Recent service on the engine and generator, full water tanks, empty grey and black tanks, full propane, full diesel and DEF. Spring 2025 service on slides, furnaces, and hot water furnace. Detailed interior, all linens washed and beds made. Basic kitchen cutlery, plates, glassware, pots, and other implements. Laundry sanitized and ready to do a few loads a day.

38′ Bunkhouse Design focuses on living room comfort with plenty of seating and a roomy kitchen.
Two slide outs, one full length, make an enormous interior when deployed.
8kW Cummins Onan generator.
Cummins ISB 6.7L 360HP Diesel engine gets 8-9MPG and is dead nuts reliable, enough power to pass most semis on hills.
Alison 3000 series transmission is much stouter than required, should outlast the coach.
Large pass-through under-coach storage bay accommodates bikes, shelters, chairs, everything for a long trip.
Tows 10K pounds, we towed a VW Golf on a MasterTow dolly (available) which was very convenient.
Air suspension & air brakes make for a comfy ride – and exhaust brake saves wear and tear.
Sleeps 6-8 depending on how big the last four people are (bunks and dinette are not really sized for adults IMO)
16 gallon hot water heater is plenty for a few quick showers in a row on propane, or one lazy shower on electric.
105G fresh water, 75G gray, and 50G black can last a week between dumps if you’re a little careful. 38G propane tank runs both heaters for 1-2 weeks in cold weather, or is enough for an entire summer using propane just for cooking and hot water.
Dual satellite dishes and five TVs (2x in bunks, one in bed, one in kitchen, one outside) NB: We never have used any except the one in the kitchen and then only HDMI connected to an iPad, no idea how to hook up satellite or radio signal.

Upgrades:
All LED interior & Storage Bay lighting – much brighter! Marker and brake lights also LED.

Chassis & engine service was very complete and done each year by Alliance Trucks in Hartford – the CT Freightliner specialist. House service was done by Blue Compass each year, and even small issues like a slow drip from the outside sink sprayer addressed completely (faucet replaced). I repaired everything else, including cabinet latches, storage bay latches, etc. Service records and manuals from my ownership time included. Coach comes with a box of maintenance items and good quality tools, I never had to make any mechanical repairs on the road but you should have what you need.
