Couches and captains chairs recovered in the past year. Built in vacuum installed. Softstart units added to the AC/s, can run RV on 30 amp service. All tires new in the past yr. < 1000 mi on them, Michelins. 15000 btu AC/s with heat pumps. Hydraulic pump replaced in the past 6 months. Refrigerator with ice maker works great on propane or electric. Onan 8.0kw diesel generator with 1100 hours, works great. Set up with towing system included. Water system regularly sanitized. Tons of storage both inside and under unit. If desired, can negotiate a price that includes all furnishings, dishes, lounge chairs, outdoor carpet, etc. Greatly enjoyed travelling all over the west, Wisconsin and Florida. Health issues requiring a sale. Washer and dryer work great, never have to wait in campground laundry! Main awning just replaced. Slide topper awnings in good condition. Can sleep 10 as long as some are kids. Doesn’t require DEF! Seatbelts for 10. Bunkbed cushions are brand new and very comfortable.
