Ready to camp RV! Selling because of upcoming move and downsizing.

Purchased one year ago and recently had serviced. Everything works great, new batteries, new hardwood flooring, new queen mattress, new bedroom ceiling fan, new dashboard montior and side / rear cameras, newly installed TMPS system (all tires). RV is in excellent condition and has been thorougly serviced including recent resealing of roof (June of 2022). I made many of these updates with the intent of taking this cross country; however, life plans changed unexpectedly.

400 HP Cummins diesel engine w/ Freightliner Chassis, AC system located in basement, Washer / Dryer combo, large electric awning along with second electric awning over entry door area. Self leveling system works great.

Willing to offer a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited flat tow vehicle (49k miles) with installed low profile tow / braking system and all hardware at an additional cost. Braking system is installed in engine compartment and only thing visible in passenger compartment is on / off switch. Picture of tow vehilce included with RV pictures.

Will accept $125,000 for both RV and 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee with all tow system components included.
