This RV has lots of space. The 3 slide outs gives you plenty of room and opens up very nicely. Tile entry way and Tile in Kitchen area. Master Bedroom has a Queen size Bed with memory foam top. Very comfortable. Nice size closet and plenty of drawers. Bathroom area has a separate toilet area with it’s own door. Has a full size stand up shower. Nice bathroom and shower size for an RV. Has washer and dryer hook ups for a small unit. Kitchen has Corian counter tops. Convection Oven. 3 Burner Stove. Decent size refrigerator for an RV. Small pantry next to Frig. Kitchen table so you can enjoy eating in. Seats 4. Kitchen table folds down and converts into a bed for a sleeping area big enough for one person. Small couch folds down into a futon and sleeps one person. Sleeper sofa folds out as a full size mattress and enough room for 2 people. Smart TV installed. This is behind the slide out during driving. Radio/CD player and surround sound. Satellite TV on roof. Onan Diesel generator. Fresh water tank hold 100 Gallons. Black water tank is 40 gallons. grey water tank is 40 gallons. 20 Gallon Propane Tank. Gets approximately 8 MPG. . Plenty of extras for an enjoyable trip.

There are a few things that need to be fixed. Front AC Unit needs to be changed out. Back AC unit works fine. We mostly used the Front AC unit. Missing Front Door Awning. Missing slide out awning. Small leak from rain on drivers side front window. Paint is beginning to show some fading and wear.

We used this RV on many trips and enjoyed every minute of it. The memories will last us a lifetime and are priceless. Kids are grown up and we are ready to downsize.
