You’ll love this unique home on wheels. It’s like a modern apartment with stylish black and white paint and hard floors in the living room/kitchen area. Plenty of room to hang out and lots of storage space. Less than 44K miles and comes with breakdown protection from America’s RV Warranty that’s valid until August 2025!

The RV comes with 6 brand new tires ($2K value), a fresh oil change, a newer battery replaced 2/2023, and updated jacks replaced 1/2022. There is also a Pioneer audio console with Bluetooth capabilities that was included when we bought her.

Her maiden voyage under our care was in September 2021 from the Oregon coast to San Diego, CA. We then headed to Yuma, AZ. In August 2023, we drove her to Cedar Rapids, IA, where she is parked now.

She is an amazing home away from home with all necessary components functioning as they should, and I can detail all known imperfections for you by email. In our last encounter with rain, there were still no detectable leaks. There is no mold or stains. And there are no weird musty smells typical of older RVs. She has also always been a smoke-free home.
