Generator –
New 2022 onan 12.5kw under 300hrs

Engine – C-13 cat w 120k miles
All belts and pulleys replaced with cat parts.
Dash AC compressor dryer has been replaced.
Oil samples sent to Cat with Cat record keeping.
Engine batteries installed this year as routine maintenance.
Valve lash adjustment performed.

House –
3 roof top AC replaced last 2yrs from the original 13,500 to 15,000BTU.
Wineguard Dish installed w 3 receivers.
