We bought this as an investment to rent out, then decided we did not have time to take on this new project. Everything has been serviced. We took a long trip, from Texas to Oregon, to make sure everything is in good working order. No leaks. All house equipment is in excellent working order. At this price, I am taking a loss on the RV, but without the time to rent it out, I would rather take the loss than have it sit around and not make money.
