Pros:
1.) Spent most of its life in Arizona so zero rust.
2.) New Batteries (for both House and Chassis).
3.) Freshly serviced with new oil.
4.) New tires (manufactured in 2021 and less than 2,000 road miles).
5.) Cold AC (new unit in rear), toasty heater, all plumbing and water works as it should.
6.) All appliances work perfectly.
7.) Brand new power cable, inverter (xantrex Pro XM 1800), surge protector, upgraded Bluetooth chassis radio and house sound bar etc. All runs off 30AMP service.
8.)Zero roof leaks ever, slide covers and awning all well maintained, roof connections all resealed in the past couple months.
9.) Small solar panel keeps the batteries charged when in use.
10.) Tons of storage inside and out. Have yet to use it all.
11.) Generator can power everything and starts right up with no issues.
12.) All windows have been professionally tinted and all original window blinds/treatment work as they should.

Cons:
1.) Has some wear and tear as expected inside and out. Tried to show everything in the pictures.
2.) Leveling jacks currently don’t work. They get power but there is a fault somewhere in the system. I never looked into it because it never really bothered me as I have 4-brand new 9,500 lb scissor jacks with drill attachment that I use for stabilization (included in the purchase).
3.) The glass shower door broke before I bought it and has a shower curtain now which works fine.
