Previous owner of this motorhome died and it sat in covered storage for 13 years. It needed a few items replaced, The following list is of the NEW replacement items: Two exhaust manifolds (gaskets were leaking), exhaust muffler and piping, all gas lines and brake lines, 6 Radial tires that have 8 miles on them, tire pressure sensor system installed, Flex seal roof coating, Stainless hot water tank unit (not used yet), exact replacement awning material, Thick Queen foam mattress, Microwave, Rear tail lights with additional vertical LED stop, turn, tail strips, Roof access ladder, Large engine battery, Plastic roof vent covers. Sewer dump flex hose / connections. All new items were installed within the past 3 months. Included are all books and manuals. Specs- 35,000 btu furnace, 13,500 btu roof AC ducted to rooms thru ceiling, 4kw generator with 93.6 hours, 8 cu ft dual fuel refrigerator, LP gas stove /oven, built in LP gas tank (full), 75 gallon gas fuel tank ( full with injector cleaner added), Sofa and seats have no cracks, fading or wear, external decal body trim has no fading, pealing, wear, dents or scratches, no body damage, glass windshield has no cracks, pits scratches or dings. I drove this unit 300 miles, it has good road manners, handles well, plenty of power, quiet, no issues. Interior has no wear signs, scratches, dings or damage, all cabinets and doors work well, Two slide outs (living room & bedroom), both work fine and the slide out rain covers are in good shape. I have purchased a permanent campground site and cannot use this motorhome there. The Hurricane is an attractive motorhome and I wish for someone to use and enjoy it rather than letting it sit home unused. Unit is powered by a Ford Triton V10, powerful and quite.
