The Nation Tropical 396T is a luxurious and spacious RV. This model boasts a freightliner dual frame chassis system with Noway air suspension. It has a Caterpillar C7 Diesel Engine displacement 7.21 liters. Peak Horsepower is 350 at 200 rpm and 860 pounds of torque at 1440 rpm. Corian counters. One of the sofa’s (There are 2) has a built in air mattress with a pump. An enormous amount of storage. We purchased this motorhome in March of this year. We are looking to downsize otherwise we would keep it. Many items that we have fixed/replaced this year.

A new roof was installed in July of this year. New in-dash a/c was replaced October of this year
New front tires were replaced in July of this year
New front tv and DVD player was installed April of this year
New windshield motor and blades were fixed July of this year
Updated Lighting fixtures in July of this year
The microwave was replaced April of this year. House batteries were replaced June of this year.
