3rd Owner: First saw the MH in a storage garage on seller’s property. We have kept the Adventurer in covered storage.

We hired a long in business RV detail company to “clean every surface of the coach, inside and out.”
In addition to normal washing, all exterior surfaces, including roof, slide-out tops and their covers have been scrubbed clean; body washed and fresh coat of quality wax. Tires show little tread wear and 22.5″ aluminum wheels remain beautiful.
The interior has had same level of detailing. All surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned, including carpeting, sofa & dining chairs professionally steam cleaned. All leather washed clean. Flooring washed (no wax recommended). Sinks, microwave, toilet and shower, walls and all additional surfaces have been cleaned.

New Engine oil & filter every 3k miles (last service 3/22/2023, 4/4/2022, 6/1/2021)
Zerk Fittings lubed every 3k miles (same as above)
Compressor oil, oil filter, gas filter replaced @ 300-hours (currently @ 348 hours)
EXTRA WORK:
30k miles – Replaced transmission fluid with Trans Synd (full synthetic heavy-duty trucking transmission fluid)
~28k miles – Interior climate thermostat replaced
~27k miles – New Awning
~25k miles – New starter motor
5/9/2023 – All shocks replaced with Bilstein (original equipment) shocks
4/2023 – New engine battery (maint. free)
4/2023 – New house batteries (2-deep cycle)
4/4/2022 – Brake fluid flush
4/4/2022 – Serpentine belt replaced (belt, tensioner & idler pulley)

Incudes Winnebago sachel containing 2005 Adventurer manual and manuals for all systems, appliances, electronics, etc.
