In 2025 we completely renovated the inside to our comfort and style with plans of retiring soon and traveling. Unfortunately I developed severe permanent knee issues and no longer can travel longer than 2 hours at a time.

The roof is in great shape, no leaks! No underlying Rust! Runs Great! Well maintained! Always hooked up to shore power maintaining inside temperature from hot climates.

Only issues is 1.) Driver side Slide Awning needs New Canvas (we were quoted $400)
2.) We have not been able to get the stair cover floor to slide out when traveling. We never used it so it was not a priority to fix it.
