This rig sits on a heavy-duty Workhorse chassis powered by an 8.1L V8 340 horsepower motor. There is an onboard generator, Onan 5500 gold series, to provide electricity when not hooked up at your favorite campsite. The air conditioning is nice and cool, and there is a furnace for colder days. A large electric awning provides nice shade outside. Magne Shades included on windshield and driver/passenger windows. There is an additional window awning on the sofa window. Nice condition outside and inside. A system report is included. (June, 2023). No addtional miles have been added since report created. Plenty of storage. All regular maintenance complete.

There is an inspection report included in the photos (7 pages). The photo of the refrigerator shows the door front. The wood panel was removed because it was causing the door to sag. The sagging issue is resolved. I kept a collage of family photos on the door. The new owner will probably have a different idea! The refrigerator and freezer with ice maker work great.
