Here is a family owned 2003 38U Fleetwood Providence Diesel Pusher. Bought originally to take the family of 5 on desert and river trips. We have loved using this rv, but it is now time to part ways, as the kids have grown older. It is a beautiful RV, but to be honest it needs some love. It DOES HAVE; electronic awnings (that work), 4 brand new batteries, we have all the records of service, 2 sliding pop outs (master bedroom and living room), it has a queen in master bedroom, the dining table that drops into a bed, as well as, a sofa sleeper, there is a backup camera, VERY large storage closet in the back, multiple large storage areas along the outside of rv, (2) tv slots (tv’s not included), new microwave installed and only used 1-2x, 10kw generator, WASHER/DRYER, 2 ac units, a 5 disc DVD player, surround sound system, a double door refrigerator/freezer and double sided sink. It has been in our side yard since moving here to Arizona in 2017. We replaced all tires before driving from San Diego to Buckeye. Just had it serviced before leaving as well. Now we will be honest, it does need some work. It mainly needs COSMETIC ITEMS like the following; needs a new screen for front door, refrigerator /closet doors to be put back on, carpet needs cleaning, tiles may need to be re-glued/laid, the slide out needs a new motor, etc. Please call us to find out more details or questions, we are happy to answer!
