Seacliff floor plan, 350 HP ISC Cummins engine, Allison 3000 MH transmission, Onan 7.5 KW Quiet Diesel generator, Koni FSD shock absorbers. Hydro-Hot system recently rebuilt. New slide-out seals, new front air conditioner, interior remodel in 2010 includes new tile floor throughout, new carpet in bedroom, new day/night shades throughout, new washer, new dryer, new Tecma toilet, Magnum MS2012 pure sine wave inverter/charger with auto generator start & remote, new Samsung full-size residential refrigerator, and custom cherry computer desk. Remodel in 2011, includes Winegard Traveler dish HD satellite antenna, four-step Bus Kote roof treatment, new Pioneer in-dash radio, additional LCD screen for Aladdin system, Vizio 26” LED LCD TVs in bedroom and living room, and Sony Blu-Ray player in bedroom. There is a surround sound system in the main living area. The bed is a queen-size Sleep Number bed, with individual controls for each side. The sofa is a pull-out sleeper/sofa. The oven is a combination convection oven and microwave oven. Large, motorized awning on right side, and each window has individual manual awnings as well. In the underneath storage area there are outrigger pads, tire covers, extra wastewater supplies, and a towbar that fits a 2015 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon (I’m sure it will fit other vehicles, I just don’t know which ones would be compatible.
This RV has been well maintained. The paperwork is in the file drawer inside of the RV.
I bought this RV to live in while I was working at Los Alamos National Laboratory, because housing is very scarce in Los Alamos. Now that I am living in New Jersey, I don’t need this RV anymore.

NEEDS
• Door key, main lock. The deadbolt works fine.
• Rearview camera monitor. I’ve been told that the camera works.
• Screen door clips to hold screen in.
• Possibly needs tires. Tread is good, but I don’t know how old they are.
• The front step to get in and out of the RV needs to be lubricated monthly, or it might not fully retract.
