2002 has been covered most of its life in a shelter. Has some light corner wear from sunlight. Wife and original owner (dad) super clean. Awnings and generator always maintained. Jacks 3 point system all good. Push outs all maintained and new awnings on push outs last year. Light wood with gold trim interior. Shower and toilet super clean. New shower head last year. Toilet has 3 inch lift kit. Queen mattress new, not RV size but standard queen. Comes with all original paperwork, owners manual and wire diagrams. 4 New coach Batteries August this year. Chassis Batt one new added this year. Overall a good unit. Have many extras with electrical hook ups and sewer hook ups. Control panel works good, and engine brake a great help in hilly country. We averaged around 10-11mpg round trip fully loaded with tow car to Nebraska. I always use additive in fill-ups seems to help MPG. New rear air unit four years ago, both work great even in Las Vegas this year. Stove and Microwave all good. All systems good, changed the VP44 @ 61,400mi should last forever.
