There is only one thing to be considered, if you buy this coach. It still has the original 4-door Norcold Refrigerator. They are known to have caused fires, so we unplugged it after our first major trip, just to be safe. It worked fine, but we didn’t want to risk our investment. We used another small fridge while traveling, just to be extra safe. We had planned to replace the Norco with a Samsung residential model, but our health struggles got in the way. In fact, our health is the only reason we’re letting her go now. The asking price is negotiable, because of the fridge.

Other than the fridge, the coach is in excellent condition, inside and out. If you’ve done some homework about the 2000-2005 era in motorhomes, you know they made these Monaco coaches so much better than today’s coaches are made. You simply don’t find them built like this anymore. We are only the 2nd owners, and it has been meticulously maintained and stored inside whenever it was not traveling. It is as clean as you can find, with low mileage for its age. This coach has had all major components serviced, on time, for the life of the coach.
